Get Help

Our volunteers are able to take a limited number of cats into their own homes in the Syracuse area, based on available space and resources. Unfortunately, we cannot take most of the cats we are contacted about.

For help with a stray cat, feral cats, or surrendered pet, please fill out the form at the bottom of this page.

If you want to volunteer to foster cats in your home, please visit our volunteer page.

We are all volunteers and have no shelter building. Cats are cared for in our own homes and we take in new cats when we can afford to.
We cannot guarantee that someone will be able to take in a cat, but we will do our best to help if we can.
Donations of supplies or money are greatly appreciated if we help you with a cat. You can give any donation directly to the volunteer who helps you since many expenses come out of their own pocket.

If you’ve lost your cat, or if you’ve found a lost pet, please also vist Petco Love Lost to help reunite kitties with their owners!

Donations can be given directly to the individual who helps you with the cat or can be mailed to CNYCC at PO Box 6182, Syracuse, NY 13217. You can also make a donation via credit card through our website.

Ability to donate does not impact which cats get help.
